Up for your consideration is a Lot of five (5) vintage Bakelite/Catalin Swizzle Stir Sticks, circa 1930's - 1940's. These fabulous Swizzle Sticks are fashioned from Bakelite/Catalin in the form of a Baseball Bat, and were offered as collectible souvenirs to patrons of different Bars, Hotels, Restaurants, Clubs, etc., during the 30's and 40's. Each swizzle stir measures 6" in overall length. This wonderful lot of 5 stirs includes a beautiful array of different colors and represent a variety of different Hotels, Restaurants, bars, etc. This lot includes; 1 black Stir signed The Warwick Philadelphia; 1 butter-cream signed The Drake-The Blackstone Chicago; 1 light green Stevens Building Restaurant; 1 burgundy Stacey-Trent Hotel Trenton N. J.; and 1 darker green National Democratic Club New York City. This lot is a nice find in this condition, with clear, crisp printing remaining overall.
