The item available here is a Tuthill lubrication pump.
This pump may be new or rebuilt, but it appears to never have been used inside and shows no signs of anything ever being mounted to the shaft.  The threads appear to be in perfect condition also.
It comes as shown.
It has not been tested and comes with a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.   Postage is not covered.
