All (5) pump boxes were factory sealed, but we always test and check every pump to be sure they are working properly and that they meet all the specifications laid out by their manufacturers related to output, pressure, etc.***
***The only reason this is marked as "Open Box" is because we tested the unit (passed every test) and so we could take pictures. The pictures in the listing are the actual pictures of the item up for sale. WE NEVER USE STOCK PHOTOS***

All pumps, meters and larger items will ship via UPS Ground at a FLAT RATE. Shipping cost is noted in each specific listing.
Listings and items that have "Free Shipping" noted will ship via USPS.
We will consolidate if you order multiple items to lessen the chance of a logistical oversight.
Tracking will be uploaded QUICKLY. We don't want you wondering where your package is and when it ships.
When we mark your item as "Shipped" it means you item is
physically
shipping. We do not cheat the system like some other eBay sellers; by marking it "Shipped" then uploading tracking 4-5 days later.

to get it resolved. As long as the pump has not shipped.
Once a shipment is picked up or dropped off at a shipping facility, we can no longer exchange it or accept it as a return (unless extenuating circumstances arise related to damage during transit, etc.).
The reason for this is due to the nature of the items being shipped.
Dealing with municipal water supplies, hazardous chemicals and a myriad of other "critical infrastructure procurement practices" force our hand when dealing with returns.
This is one of the main reasons why we
never
