    Description

    HMS Jamaica Ship Kit from Mantua
    The 14 gun sloop Jamaica was built in the Bermuda dockyard in 1710. She was purchased to act as a cruiser for the West Indian trade companies.
    This kit features a double plank on frame hull construction, building plans with general details, wax brass castings, brass and walnut fittings, walnut and lime planking, wooden masts and spars, rigging cord, sailcloth and a silk flag for a museum-quality finish.
