    Description

    The General Pump TS1011 is a T Series 47 triplex plunger pump that can be used for a variety of high-pressure washing applications and general cleaning applications. The TS1011 pressure washer pump features solid ceramic plungers, unitized stainless steel inlet and discharge valves, heavy-duty tapered roller bearings, a solid 24mm shaft, oversized connecting rods, and a forged brass manifold. The TS1011 also comes with a die cast, anodized aluminum oil-bath crankcase with a capacity of 33.8 ounces. Note: For appropriate lubrication, you must fill the crankcase to the center of the oil gauge window with non-detergent SAE 30W oil. The oil needs to be changed after a 50 hour break-in-period, and then every 3 months or 500 hour intervals afterward. Specifications: This 32 lb. triplex plunger pump has a maximum inlet vacuum of 9' water, a maximum fluid temperature of 165 degrees F and 5.5 / 4.9 EBHP horsepower (depends on volume and pressure).
