  • Condition: Very solid sheetmetal, one arm is frozen in place and the other has most of the wire part broken off, I don't have the piece that's missing so you'll have to make a new one, it's just bent steel rod so should be easily fabricated. Aluminum moldings along the bottom aren't real corroded but they do show road blasting on the leading edge and one has a pretty deep scratch in it. One skirt has some minor dings, read description for further detail

    Description

    This listing is for a pair of factory optional fender skirts from a 1970-1972 Monte Carlo.   These are OG GM ones but they do have some issues, one of the locking arms is stuck on it's pivot point and the other one has most of the arm broken off.  I don't have that piece, but it's basically just steel round rod so you should be able to fab up a new one and weld it into the remains of the old piece that's still there.   The skirts themselves are really solid, not at all rusty, although one has a few minor dings, hard to even see in a picture.    Both have the original aluminum moldings on them yet, they're not corroded away but they do have road blasting showing on the leading edges and one has a fairly deep scratch.    These would take a bit of work to restore but would be well worth the effort.   Sold as-is.
