23 vintage Southeast US swizzle stir sticks, 15 from venues that are now closed!

Description

In the 1950’s, 1960’s and early 1970’s plastic swizzle stir sticks were popular. Nowadays all you get is a straw if you are lucky. Patrons were encouraged to take the swizzles as a way for them to spread the word and advertise the venue.
This lot includes
23 all different swizzles from Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, Alabama, and the Carolinas. Look close, as there are some unique swizzles.
15 are from venues now closed, bankrupt, repurposed or demolished.
As time goes by these relics will continue to grow in value.
The Heart of Atlanta swizzle alone is worth the buy price. This is where in a landmark case, the Supreme C
ourt held that the government could enjoin the
motel
from discriminating on the basis of race.
