21 different Vintage Missouri Swizzle/Stir Sticks, 15 are closed, <30¢ each

Description

In the 1950’s, 1960’s and early 1970’s plastic swizzle stir sticks were popular. Nowadays all you get is a straw if you are lucky. Patrons were encouraged to take the swizzles as a way for them to spread the word and advertise the venue. As time goes by these relics will continue to grow in value.
This lot includes 21 swizzle stir sticks from Missouri venues. 15 of these have been either closed, abandoned, demolished, repurposed or gone bankrupt!
Highlights in this group include a uniquely designed
Majestic Steak House
swizzle and a
nice
wooden baseball bat from Hotel Muehlebach's.
The most valuable swizzle though is probably the yellow
horse head
from Hotel Mayfair in St. Louis. This style of plastic swizzle was the first type produced making this one of the oldest in the lot, and this one is in superb condition.
