ITEM DESCRIPTIONPAIR
of brand new reproduction inner fender control arm dust seals w/ attaching staples. Sometimes referred to as splash apron seals. These attach to the outer edge of the inner fender area and seal over the upper control arm. Their purpose is to keep water, dirt, etc. from entering the engine compartment.
IMPORTANT!
GM used heavy duty staples to attach these with special tools. For those of us with just hand tools, the staples can be fed into the original holes and hammer / dollied tight.
CONDITION -
New USA made reproduction. The contours of these seals are not 100% like the originals, but they do work. None of the repop seals on the market are perfect.
These are shipped without packaging to reduce shipping costs.
APPLICATION -
1970 - 74 Chevy II / Nova all models and body styles.
1968 and 1969 used differently shaped seals.
Check my eBay store for those. We also now carry the 1975 - 79 Nova / X Body apron seals.
