1794 S.19b Head of 1793 Liberty Cap Large cent, PCGS F details, code 97 for corrosion removed.  Sorry, but we beg to differ.  Yes, the coin is modestly corroded.  No, the corrosion hasn't been removed.  Wouldn't that be nice!!  But, the coin is really quite smooth for what it is, the color is very pleasing, and there are no other issues to contend with.  There is the fact that we think this coin has VF details not those of a Fine, but no real matter there.  The planchet is very large, and that aspect is easily seen on the reverse especially.  It is also noted on the collector envelope that accompanies this coin, showing his cost as "TO.SS" and the coin being from "TRW", whomever that may have been.
